I would like to dedicate my effotrs to my Grand Mother who lost a breast surviving cancer.
More than 10,000 Australian women find the courage to fight breast cancer every year. The Book Project invites real woman to show their support by participating in a photographic program that showcases the very real beauty and courage of the Australian woman.
There are three things we know for sure. One – breast cancer can affect us all. Two – real beauty and courage is on the inside. Three – prevention is better than a cure. The Book Project aims to demonstrate these three points through documentary style photography.
Either staying anonymous or standing loud and proud, show your courage by having your image captured wearing nothing but a pair of black Bonds underwear. Real woman. Real beauty. Real courage.
The first one hundred images will be transformed into one off posters and 100 limited edition hard cover books. The sale of posters and books will go directly to the prevention and cure of breast cancer, while also educating woman on how to prevent breast cancer.
